Travelogue - Puerto Galera

If you love the beach, but you hate to travel far, then Puerto Galera is the perfect place to go. I went there during the rainy season last year, and eventhough it's the worst time to go there, I still enjoyed the trip. The sand may not be as white like that of Boracay, but the view is still breathtakingly beautiful. There are so many things you could do while you're there (not just to get wet and toasted under the sun). You could dive, hike, climb, and see rivers and waterfalls (a bit muddy though, because of the rain). Food and accomodations can be a bit pricey, and for some reason, they prefer foreigners over the locals (which is so not the case when you're in a different country)...
