This is the famous 63 Building in Seoul. This skyscraper has 63 floors, thus the name 63 Building. It was the tallest building before and considered as their 'skyscraper icon' for so many years. It's not the tallest building now but it still has it's charm among tourists and local visitors.
On the top floor there is an observatory deck wherein a good view of Seoul can be seen. My ears hurt a couple of times while on the elevator, never thought elevators can be that fast!!! When I reached the top, the view was quite impressive.
