Of Friday's meat dinner.

We went to our favorite meat restaurant last night for dinner, and it was my first time to see the place so full with people that it was difficult to get a table. Instead of ordering our usual menu of samgyeopsal "삼 겹 살" and Dwejigalbi "돼 지 갈 비", we tried the assorted meat in a platter that has 5 different kinds of meat. It was a good choice cause it has a little of everything.. ^^





I personally liked galbi sal "갈 비 살" the most from what they served. It's so juicy and tender, really delicious! It tasted so much like a prime rib-eye steak! Galbi sal are the small pieces of beef that looks more like a chopped steak in the first picture above.
